| 中文描述 | 耶氏小腸結腸炎在中國的綿羊大爆發。有高發病率及致死率，腸胃道、肺、皮膚皆有全面性的感染。在口角處、耳基部、鼻背處有膿包，但鼻口部分沒有膿包。用抗生素治療有效。造成大爆發的種株是遺傳因子型三，但血清型未知。 |
| 英文描述 | An outbreak of disease due to YERSINIA ENTEROCOLITICA was reported in Chinese sheep. There was high morbidity and mortality, with generalized infection of the gastrointestinal tract, lungs, and skin. There were pustules at the angles of the mouth, the base of the ears and on the dorsum of the nose, but the muzzle was spared. Treatment with antibiotics appeared to be of benefit. The strain causing the outbreak belonged to biotype 3, but an unknown serotype. |
